Terms
The short version: be honest, don't be a jerk, we can take stuff down.
1. What this is
vibcod.dev is a free, curated directory operated from Slovenia (EU). By submitting, commenting, or browsing, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
2. Submissions
When you submit a project you confirm that:
- You built it (or are authorised to submit it on the team's behalf).
- It doesn't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights.
- The information you provide (LOC, stack, LLMs, build time) is broadly accurate.
- You grant vibcod.dev a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the project's title, tagline, description, thumbnail, repo link, and the metadata you submit.
- You can email us any time to remove the listing.
3. Comments & tips
Same deal as submissions: don't post things you don't have the right to post, don't harass people, don't spam, don't impersonate anyone. We can hide or delete anything that breaks these rules without notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit malware, phishing, scam, or illegal content.
- Scrape the site at a rate that affects availability for others.
- Use any part of the site to harass, dox, or stalk a person.
- Misrepresent yourself, your project, or your involvement with it.
5. We can take stuff down
Curation means we get to decide what's listed. We can reject a submission, hide a comment, or remove a project for any reason consistent with our curation guidelines. If we remove your project, we'll email you a one-line reason.
6. Copyright & DMCA
If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, see our DMCA / takedown page for how to file a notice. We respond to good-faith claims within 7 days.
7. No warranty
The site is provided as-is. Listings link out to third-party websites and code; we don't endorse, warrant, or audit them. Click at your own discretion. We're not responsible for what happens on a builder's site.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for anything arising from your use of vibcod.dev is capped at €0, since we charge nothing.
9. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes will be noted in the "last updated" timestamp at the bottom of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Law & venue
Slovenian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Ljubljana unless you're a consumer with rights to a different forum under EU law.
11. Contact
